Telling this to Nicky she did some rearranging of her bookings & managed to let me stay the extra 2 weeks, no easy feat when she is so booked up, to say I was grateful is an understatement. This place is honestly amazing with everything that it offers it is luxurious with 5 star standards throughout. I have completely relaxed & chilled out here in a way that I haven’t done for years.
Your host Nicky what can I say other than she is amazing, ahead of you at every turn with her thoughtfulness which comes so naturally to her. I moved out for 2 day’s & to save me from transporting my belongings around Nicky stored them for me. I returned with my son to help me move everything back in but I got back to find not only everything already moved back but everything in the same places that they been previously been, including my vase of flowers which she had saved, it was like coming home again! Customer service isn’t just Nicky’s job it’s her personality. This cottage has been my home for 6 weeks & I am so sad to leave, it will be a time & a place I will always remember. I cannot thank Nicky enough for the way she has allowed me to make this place my home from home. I know it’s a business but my stay here has been made personal & it has touched me with the welcome that I received throughout, I look forward to coming back, thank you Nicky xx”

The accommodation was faultless; everything you needed was there in immaculate condition and everything was spotlessly clean. Our teenage daughter genuinely wanted us to pull out of the house we were buying to stay permanently! Even with the complications of the lockdown Nicky could not do enough to help us and maintained the very high standards whilst obeying social guidance. The cottages looked even more beautiful under a layer of snow and there were plenty of local walks for our daily exercise. We can not recommend Briary Cottages highly enough!”

We could not have been made more welcome and nothing was too much trouble for Nicky.  The cottage we rented was absolutely immaculate with beautiful decor, had everything we needed & more, comfortable, cosy and breathtaking views of the countryside.  What’s more, we even had our own private patio area complete with furniture and a BBQ to use if wanted.  We highly recommend Briary Cottages and would stay there again if only for a weekend break.  John & Lyn”
