At Briary Cottages, located at lletts Farm, we can offer a selection of eight beautiful single-storey farm cottages situated in the quiet village of Radstone, two miles from Brackley, Northamptonshire.
Owners Nicky and Chris built the spacious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom cottages in 2019 on the site of their 200-acre working farm. The location of Briary Cottages could not be more convenient, with Silverstone, Oxford and the Cotswolds all within easy reach, and beautiful woodland and countryside right on the doorstep.
Nicky and Chris pride themselves on their attention to detail and particular attention has been paid to the level of comfort and attractive landscaping design. The scenic countryside views and the contemporary style of the accommodation are just two of the reasons why guests make return visits time and time again. All of our cottages offer first-class accommodation in Brackley, with an excellent outdoor area for barbeques and drinks. Our property is also surrounded by ancient woodland where you can enjoy long walks or invigorating runs.

Each of these self-catering one-bedroom cottages has a luxurious en-suite wet room. You will also find a contemporary living area and a modern, fully furnished kitchen and a comfortable dining/lounge area as you enter the front door. The French doors lead to a screened patio and the perfect spot to enjoy barbecues and drinks.
All of these one-bedroom cottages offers a double-sized bed, except for The Old Dairy Cottage which has a king-sized bed.

Our self-catering two-bedroom cottages feature a separate family bathroom that includes a power shower, which is ideal if you have small children. The open-plan layout creates a spacious feel and incorporates a modern, well-equipped kitchen as well as a Smart TV in the lounge area. You can also enjoy your meals at the comfortable dining table which can accommodate a family of four. From the lawn, you will have a simply stunning view and easy access to the nearby ancient woodland.
In addition, with dedicated parking on the far left of the entrance, Maple Cottage has been specifically designed for guests who require wheelchair access.

Our self-catering three-bedroom cottage has also been designed for easy wheelchair access. Moreover, you will instantly feel at home thanks to its modern amenities, including a furnished kitchen, Smart TV and cosy dining table for four. Each room is located off the spacious hallways. Bedroom 1 features an en-suite wet room with Doc M pack accessibility for wheelchair users.
